Every company can set and allocate vacation days for it's employees. These can be done in the Company's Settings page, however there are exceptions that can be done for each employee when adding them in the system.
Approving Employees Vacation
Step 1
Click on the "Employees" tab on the left side of the page to navigate to the Employees profile page.
Step 2
Select an employee that you want to approve their vacation by clicking on "Profile"
Step 3
Navigate to the "Vacation" tab in the middle to preview the employees requests.
Step 4
Select the vacation from the list that you would like to "Approve", "Reject" or "Edit".
Step 5
Once you preview the time off details, You can click "Approve" or "Deny"
NOTE: to "Deny" a request, it is the same process but instead select "Deny"
Once request is Approved or Denied, the user will receive an email with the status of their Vacation request.
